We do not sell your data or your children’s data to third parties. We do not use conversation data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Nora is designed to be used by parents on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts directly. All child profiles are created and managed by a verified parent or guardian. Conversation data belonging to children is treated with the highest level of care and is never shared or sold.

Parents may request deletion of all data associated with a child profile at any time by contacting us at nanny@aguo.software.

Data Retention

We retain conversation data and memories for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete individual check-ins, memories, or your entire account at any time from the settings page.

Third-Party Services

Nora relies on trusted third-party services for authentication, AI, and infrastructure. These services process data only as necessary to operate Nora and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Your Rights
