By using Nora (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Nora is operated by Aguo Software (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Not Medical Advice

Nora provides general parenting information based on common pediatric guidelines. It is not a substitute for advice from your pediatrician or a licensed medical professional. Always consult your doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions about your child’s health, development, or medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Nora.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. You may not create accounts on behalf of children — child profiles are managed by a verified adult account holder.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at nanny@aguo.software if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
